Hydro Apartments offers a saltwater pool, 24/7 fitness center, dog park, dog spa, bike storage room, game room, two business centers, package lockers, grills, and fire pit.
We offer parking in a surface lot and have limited covered parking. The parking fee is optional, but the monthly fee is $100 per vehicle—one decal issued per bedroom.
Yes, our property is pet-friendly with no breed restrictions! We allow upt to two pets. We have a non-refundable one-time fee and a monthly pet rent. For one pet, there is a $300 non-refundable fee, $35 monthly pet rent. For two pets, it is a $500 non-refundable fee, $50 monthly pet rent.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Hydro is equipped with package lockers to make sure our residents packages are kept safe.

Our community's minimum lease term is three months.
When you first apply, there is a $50 application fee due for each applicant. At move-in, a one-time, nonrefundable amenity fee of $200 will be charged, along with a security deposit, which starts at $500 and may range up to one full month’s rent depending on the results of your credit and rental history check.
Our residents can pay online via the resident portal. At this time, we do not accept physical payments.
Additional fees include a $25 valet trash, pet rent if applicable, $100 parking if applicable, and water/sewer, which is consumption-based.
Water/sewer is submetered and added to the monthly rent. Electricity and cable/internet are separate through Dominion and Comcast respectively.
We require all residents to have renters' insurance.
Our community allows guests to stay up to 14 consecutive days. If a guest is staying longer than 14 days, we require them to be added to the lease. Unfortunately, we do not have guest parking. Guests will need to park on the street to avoid being towed.
No, we do not allow our residents to sublet their apartment.
